A brand new, unique filmmaking programme is opening in Edinburgh in 2027. Participants will receive real filmmaking experience and a key film credit, by actually making a feature film.
Tuition, guidance, and support will be provided year-round. Participants will leave ready to be considered seriously by other film productions for key roles.
The Feature Film School will select directors, producers, cinematographers, production designers and post-producers who show the aptitude for leadership and teamwork that successful filmmaking requires.
The course of study will reflect the full-time, demanding work of film production. Participants will analyse, develop, and bring to life an award winning screenplay.
Collaboration and equal responsibility for the vision are non-negotiable. Check your ego at the door!
In order to get the most from the programme, participants will need to be disciplined and committed. They must have application and commitment in attendance and in dealings with the team.
TFFS will provide the facilities, equipment, and support for participants to continue their filmmaking careers with the security and assurance that they have made a feature film.
Please contact us for more information on the application process and we will be happy to have an open and transparent discussion.
All levels of filmmaking education and experience are welcome to apply, including those with no experience.
